Steps:

1. Prepare to download
In order to recover your Windows 7 product or create a backup you will need to be able to download and save a large file (approximately 2 to 3.5 GB).
Make sure you have a reliable internet connection and sufficient data storage available on one of the following:
or or
A computer
USB device
External Drive
If you are not ready to download, or are using a mobile device, an email link to download the product can be sent to you after you verify your product key. The link in the email is valid for 24 hours.
After you verify your product key below, you will download a disc image (ISO file) and use it to create a bootable USB or DVD.  This will require ISO burning software such as the Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool.

2. Enter product key
Enter the 25 character product key that came with your product purchase.  Your product key is located inside the box that the Windows DVD came in, on the DVD or in a confirmation e-mail that shows that you purchased Windows.

A product key is a 25-character code that's used to activate Windows. Activation helps verify that Windows hasn't been used on more PCs than the Microsoft Software License Terms allow.
Your product key is on a card inside the box that the Windows DVD came in—or in an email that shows that you bought Windows. It looks like this: PRODUCT KEY: XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX. If you bought a PC with Windows preinstalled, contact the PC manufacturer for the original key.
It's a good idea to save a copy of your product key for your records in case you ever need to reinstall Windows.

3. Select product language

And you are good to go.!!
